This is where our questions begin. By doing a 360 research we go into more depth from the initial talk, ask for helpful material and expanding our view on all (desired) marketing channels.

 

The scope of this research is to get a helicopter view and then we decide on what we should focus together.

Workshop

From our 360 scan we will do a work hop together with your main stakeholders.

 

We will look into your vision, your current stats, the active marketing channels.

 

We want to tackle previous successes and failures, highlight the weakness and strengths to look for the best next step.

This report will be a comprehensive document containing the best next steps.

 

It will be comprised into two main sections: marketing activation and visualise the vision.

Starting with the approved MAP we are able to design and build the key brand elements.

Iteration 1

We apply the findings of the concept to a number of (decided in consultation) key-branding-elements.

 

Goal is to test the concept and make it tangible. Both sides will agree on the scope of the first two iterations.

Iteration 2

We take in all feedback in order to be able to convert as much information as possible into examples.

Brand toolkit

With every iteration we will crystallise our findings into rules and principles on how the Brand (Service or Project) should look and behave, resulting in a MAP Brand Toolkit.

 

This Toolkit is a live document as the Brand will continue to grow and adapt to new situations.

A thorough report of what we believe the best next step will be.
It will be comprised into these three main sections:

We will evaluate each channel, the potential, the missing pieces and what immediate actions we can take together (online marketing,PPC strategy, SEO, website redesign, etc.)

Project Logistics

 

Based on our ideas and insights we create a plan to “take the next step” including timeline, milestones, planning, budget.  This plan will be tailored to the principles and possibilities we think suit you.

Visualize the vision

 

We collect a moodboard, visualise two design directions and some brand assets to support the vision. This is the step in which we validate the knowledge from step one.

 

Branding

Based on the research we give advice and options to improve your brand. These will be “hands-on” when possible or “conceptual” when needed.

 

Elements we create in this Chapter:

The why, what and how. The brand character, identity and brand elements like the image-concept, color, typography, etc.

 

Moodboard

We create a moodboard to show (on a conceptual level) the overal look&feel to inspire and guide the design solutions for all brand expressions.

 

2 Design directions

Based on the overall branding concept we design two brand-expressions to visualize the possibilities.
